ZX Capture delivered recurring capture services for Vestian on The Hartford project; The Hartford is Vestian’s client. We returned to Levels 20 and 21 through sixteen capture cycles. Each visit added a dated, navigable view of the project rather than another disconnected folder of site photographs.

The captures supported progress monitoring and updates to business, design, construction and management stakeholders. The record now moves from construction progress to completed workplace: floor-by-floor tours, a combined model, a three-stage comparison and a concise architectural film.
